Delgado & Lee have brought their good overseas players here and stand a good chance of winning both titles. They have the Hungarian no.2 seed, who has just won easily and the Ukrainian top seed in the girls. Mitchell, looks a nice player. Lefty, who likes to move forward Arun is a set up. The battle of the lefties, is a very tight affair and young Szeto is holdong his own.
Their good chance of winning both titles has just gone out the window - at quarter-final stage
Which is just as it should be - it's GB's tournament, after all (and shows that rankings is all extremely approximative at the this stage)
The Ukrainian top seed got thrashed, in fact, losing 1-6 1-6, to Annabel Wong - so well done, Annabel
Really impressed that 2 x 15yr old GB boys have made the boys final, where the older boys normally dominate.
Arun is Cheshire based, training with CW8 academy and Alex is London based out of Elite Performance Tennis.
On the girls, both Annabel and April train out of Bolton Academy, although April has recently moved to the National Academy in Loughbrough.
When April's points go on, she is likely to be in the top 5 for 2012 born athletes in the junior world rankings.
