Hannah got hammered for three games, and then managed to really dig in and play more on the front foot, took on some returns (so good to see), landed some good serves and got it back to 4-4
But just wobbled a tiny bit at the end and Julieta deserved the set, overall, at 6-4
And just when Hannah was getting a little momentum in the second set, Julieta played a lights out game of tennis
Julietta so more consistent than Hannah - no issues with the scoreline. Fair result
Hannah had it on her racquet, just to many unforced errors. Juliette reminds me of Leylah F just keeps a business like head on and gets the ball back in play. Hannah more for the big shots. It will come.

Nonsense
Julietta had it on HER racket more like - she had Hannah on a piece of string in a lot of points
Seriously, Julietta was closer to her baseline, really attacked at the right moment, was so smart in learning to read Hannah's serve (you could see her learning on the spot, it was fascinating), her forehand crosscourt was like a whip
Hannah played some super tennis, and - yes- muffed some shots, some purely her own doing but a lot were due to the pressure Julietta was putting her under. But Julietta muffed some shots too.
Julietta was -5 on UEs to winners, Hannah was -9 - it's not much difference
Hannah didn't lose it - Julietta won it, both directly and indirectly, in my opinion. She came out firing and held on when it was looking more tought, and didn't wobble, before cranking it back up again - that important game in the middle of the second set was just winner city - her interviews this week have been great and the team she has in the US box is something else
