McHale is an unknown quantity - she's been out of the game for over two years sine the USO in 2022 and has only played a couple of matches at this level this year, plus a few ITF's.
Lily is capable of beating the rest of the field on her day part from Tatjana, who is unpredictable at best and unbeatable the rest of the time !

In terms of who got it right, the following are our joint winners!

Emma Raducanu Miriamabc, Emmsie, GBJ, goldfish, Peter too, Jan
Sonay Kartal Ralfie, Telstar, Julia Carrot, Danny1312, SuperT + 2 anonymous

Well done to all of those for getting it right, or at least 1/3rd right!

Hope you all enjoyed following - perhaps do it again in 11 months time?!

Here is a summary of the year by year records (top 3 players each year)

2022 - 10 wins - Jodie Burrage; 9 wins Katie Boulter; 7 wins Harriet Dart

2023 - 10 wins - Katie Boulter; 8 wins Harriet Dart; 7 wins Jodie Burrage

2024 - 8 wins - Katie Boulter and Sonay Kartal; 7 wins Emma Raducanu and Naiktha Bains

2025 - 5 wins - Sonay Kartal, Emma Raducanu, Heather Watson

The top number of wins really dropped off this year - nothing to do with W100 events becoming WTA125 - all the ladies are our top players and play the WTA events through the grass season. Katie and Jodie clearly dropped away from past seasons; Sonay and Emma did well last year and did well again this year, perhaps showing a clear changing of the guard at the top of British tennis, at least on grass?

Looking back, I noticed Miriam abc, Jan and Telstar also got the predicted winner right last year as well. So well done to them! Miriam and Jan predicted Katie B last year, but swapped to Emma this year. Telstar stuck with Sonay and came up trumps again.

All the above folks are winners, but double winners is worthy of a round of applause and maybe a song from Sam Verbeek as well.
