36 entries + AsYouWere and Mr Average - a good total to see and the highest entry in the five years I've been running this.

All entries are now in my spreadsheet so I will be checking it all later today and publishing the starting chart.
I must say optimism is higher than ever this year with only 3 people predicting a drop, and the average is a rise of 356 places for our top 10.

Approximate timing for the updates - I may do a few in between if there is sufficient movement in the rankings

End Jan - after Australian Open
End Feb - before the US swing
Early April - after the US swing
Early June - after Roland Garros and the clay season
Mid July - after Wimbledon - substitute window opens
End July - update with substitutes
Mid September - after US Open
Mid-October - after Asian swing
Mid-November - after WTA and ATP finals. This may well be the closing date this year, rather than the end of the WTA indoor season.

Well our total combined top 10 rankings fell over 300 during 2024 and ended on a low point for the year ( admittedly pretty much covered by Andy going from WR 42 to UNR and replaced by a player in the 300s ).

Still, let's be having a turn back up to better days!
