Missing from qualifying are Mimi, Hannah, Ranah and Millie. Beth and Ella should have been promoted to the main draw to join Marni and Jodie.

So many juniors mostly with no rankings at all !

(I only post JR of 200 or less as eg JR2300 doesn't mean a lot !)

Yes, and where are the other juniors? (Or uni players?)

Rankings or no

It's unlikely it would even take up school time

She's from Newcastle although she does play a lot in Scotland. She was based at Northumberland Tennis Academy. I believe she is now at Cultiv8 RPDC in Leeds.

I think she leads or led the TS Open Tour rankings, if not this year she did, I think, last.

Surprised not to see some of the Stirling squad here. Weather in Glasgow was lovely today and is still fine, so certainly not the reason for not turning up today to sign in!

Seems to be a weather difference of opinion between two folks both in Glasgow!

Yes, absolutely - if all the players in the draw can make it there, then so could all the other ones if they'd made the effort

It's ridiculous - great chance of WTA and UTR points, for US college, for impressing the LTA, for whatever. But if you don't want to, you don't want to no

So the 4 doubles finalists in Shrewsbury are skipping the Glasgow event?

They all appear to be still on the entry list, just they haven't appeared in the qualifying draw. I imagine they will take up most if not all of the MD WCs.
