Mika went on to lose the 3rd set 6-2 to Mariella Thamm. Hannah currently 4-1 up in the 1st set.

Just seen that Mike and Hannah have won the doubles 6-2,6-3 and with it the rubber against Germany.  That puts them in the final against the CZE or ROU.  Bearing in mind this is all on clay that is a fantastic result.

Romania edged the other semi 11-9 in the doubles match tiebreak. They have a couple of rapidly rising 2009s, as CD noted, ranked just outside the junior ITF top 100 Last year we reached the final but lost out to the Czechs. Victory tomorrow would be our first in this Summer Cup
