So the 4 times a year slam wins prediction competition. For those new to this, simply predict how many British Main draw wins will be achieved across the 5 disciplines this year. All wins count 1 win, so for doubles if a British player is part of a pair with a non British player (most cases) that is 1 win; but also a British pair together and winning is just 1 win.
looking at recent records in overseas slams Ive reduced the range for the wins voting options down a couple of notches!
when you vote, please say what you vote for so we can keep tabs and anoint a winner at the end. And if you vote at either end of the range, please also say a specific number of wins you predict so we can see if you get it right!
as the main draw starts next Sunday, predictions will close this time next Sunday ie approx 7.30 pm
UPDATE - as play starts Sunday and Andy and Jack are involved and results could make a big difference, I will CLOSE THIS POLL AT 9.30 AM SUNDAY MORNING NOW.
PLEASE DONT LEAVE IT LATE TO ENTER!
Enjoy!

Thanks Blue Belle! Someone else also voted but didnt say what - please say, otherwise we have no idea who wins at the end! Its not a vote so much as a prediction competition and we need a winner!
The other or person went for 10 wins so if that was you , please let us know!

I've gone for a slightly pessimistic 14, given some of our higher-ranked doubles guys (who often provide a good chunk of the wins() have not been in great form.

Not as pessimistic as me, Tanaqui
Fingers crossed we both lose for the best reason (lots of wins!)
