Hev is so tentative on these match points. Allowing Hep to step in and hit some lovely shots. But she finally gets over the line. The roar suggests that was harder work than she had wanted it to be.

I didn't think this match would be very interesting. But Jon was right - it actually was.
I've always liked Hep's tennis (and she has definite things to improve on, which is sort of encouraging)
And she's really stepped up a level or two in recent months - she was playing good, adult level tennis out there
Hev was OK, not great, but a long way from cruising
It's hard to imagine Helgo took a set off anyone watching this match. Not impressed with her at all. The only time she scored anything was when she took the offensive - otherwise very defensive and it's not working.
Mika is 6ft. Her strength, apart from having a great serve, is her power behind the ball.
Hruncakova couldnt have hit a barn door in the first set, the errors were ridiculous. She's calmed it down slightly but Emma is battling hard and hitting a nice ball.
