Hannah played adults, instead of juniors, last week and dropped a lot of points (and stands to drop even more this week, unless she has a very good run, as she's defending 500 points (!))

Dani P is now very close to the top-100 (and obviously will be when the 2006-ers drop out)

There are two end-of-year rankings

The first is the 'true' one, as far as I'm concerened - it counts all the players and is based off their points earned and so it reflects the actual level of tennis

The second is the 'official' end of year rankings which, as far as I can see, is more an admin thing and removes certain players who haven't played enough events or fulfill the relevant criteria in other ways (Jana Kovackova, born 2010, for instance, is top-20 but not included because of not playing the required events). However, this counts for the ITF and so is particularly important for the top-20/top-100 as it entitles the player to the 'extra help' they get for finishing in that range.
