They do it at a lot of junior events. But not all. I don't know the rhyme or reason for which and which not.
I'm surprised there's some that don't use the no let rule. I thought it was standard in juniors, certainly at all ITF juniors.
I'm 99% sure they didn't at one of the Grand Slam juniors (think it was Wimbledon but might have been another - or, indeed, both/all - I didn't see Australia)
And I agree with Jon, I'd use the no let rule for adults too
Back on court, Hannah has wrapped it up very easily as the Argentinian girl made a lot more errors and seemed to have lost her belief and Hannah was more relaxed
Today's win guarantees us a place in the 1st-8th play-offs. Tomorrow's matches will decide whether we finish first or second (first should mean a more winnable quarter-final). Brazil beat Kazakhstan 2-1 in the other match in the group, so any of the other 3 nations could qualify with us. Apart from Argentina another seed is in danger of missing out on the top tier play-offs, as Egypt upset 4th seeds Japan. Japan's match against Spain is the one selected for streaming tomorrow

Looking ahead, I noticed the girls (and other juniors) are all entered in the two USA big junior events, the J300 at Bradenton and the J500 Orange Bowl at Plantation. Hannah and Hep also have the preceding J500 in Merida in Mexico on their schedule but Mimi and Mika seem to plan to miss that one.
Strictly speaking lists are never final until the draws are made. But the withdrawal deadline for Merida was yesterday, Eddie Herr (Bradenton) next Tuesday and Orange Bowl the Tuesday after. Mimi, Isa and a few other British girls withdrew from Merida over the past couple of days before the withdrawal deadline.

Thanks Lambda - I noticed Oli Bonding is going for all 3 big events above, and Charlie Robertson and Victor Frydrych join him for the two Florida events.
Good to see some numbers.
I will leave this thread to allow it to focus on the BJK Cup Juniors now!!
Our top doubles pairing of Hannah and Mimi was given an outing in preparation for the tougher matches later this week. The upshot of today's win is that we win the group and will be placed in the second quarter-final, against either Japan or Sweden, but with top seed Czechia looming as potential semi-final opponent The 1st-8th play-offs start on Friday.
