Its been a theme the past couple of months but we have a 14-4 men to women split. Dont be shy anyone who follows the womens or girls tours, please dont be shy in the next week or so in putting someone forwards.

I don't think folk are at all shy about nominating women or girls. Just the way certainly this month has gone so far. The performances have come hugely more from the men.

19. Tom Hill - for coaching Maria Sakkari, for a long time, having endured awful trolling on social media, with Maria being cast as the ultimate choker, about to quit - and sticking with it, helping her finally win a big title - coaches are often unsung heroes, so well done Tom.
Good point - and, no, not trying to change something that works well
So we can delete Tom if he's not really in the right place here - no worries
(Or just allow the occasional interloper?)
Well - I dont want to change it from player of the month, thats what it is. I dont mind Tom being in though. I recall nominating Jamie Murray after he organise battle of the Brits, for his organisation and leadership. But he is still a player of course.
Dont know really - I suspect if we keep it player of the month , the interlopers will be infrequent still (1 in 3 years?) and it wont matter and if it becomes too frequent for all of our likings we can draw a line. Im happy to have you leave him in.

My comment was rather 'tongue-in-cheek' and I should have made that clearer. Sorry.
Very happy to see the odd interloper on the list. Leave him in.

So to confirm, performances in this weeks events in Beijing and Astana should count towards October and not September , as they finish in the middle of next week.
Just two days left for nominations or narrative updates - Jack D may need an update if someone can take care of that when the weekend is done? Other nominees? Not been keeping up with tennis this week really so no idea ! But Im sure there will be someone !
