Not looking good for Murray. Dimitrov is typically playing better than he has done for years after saving match points in his last match.

Andy won't be happy that he's not defended all of last year's US Open ranking points but he was up against a class act here.

I think that'll be about the least thing on Andy's unhappiness radar right now

He would want to be at so much better a level. But he isn't and quite probably won't be again. Coming to terms with that may be very tough for him.

That'll please CD no end.  no

Turns out that Jack will be playing Michael Mmoh in round 3 after MM rallied to turn round a two set deficit against John Isner. MM is currently ranked 112 in the world.

Yes it's tough for any athlete to accept decline.

What I was getting at was that Andy thinks he should be moving up the rankings not down. He said as much in aninterview I saw the other night.

Hoping that Andy hangs around for the olympics - he can keep his ranking in the top 50 (hopefully seeded for Wimbledon) and enjoy the final moments next summer. Still the best weve ever had!

Yes, though I don't especially like Isner either (although that's purely political) so i was always going to have one to hatesmile

But, absolutely, vamos Jack !

Im so embarrassed to admit this, but I absolutely love having a player to be fully against. Shameful, but its fun. Ill probably miss Djok when he leaves now

IMHO, Isner would have been marginally the lesser of two evils.

Can't talk for others but mine started about 7 or 8 years ago when I watched him live and he was SO SO bratty

And other matches have just seemed to confirm this

But, to be fair, maybe he's growing out of it....

Cam Norrie has just had to save 5 break points to make it to 3 all in the first set. He's having a hell of a time of it here against a qualifier who has never won a grand slam match before this tournament.

Hope it's not going to be one of those matches for Cam.
