Just as an aside, very, very impressed with Skys coverage. Miles better than Prime!

I much prefer prime. I like the fact prime offers matches on demand so you can watch them after theyve happened and skip through the sitting down! I also much prefered all court coverage on my iPad. prime is also considerably more affordable!

Completely get that point of view. Im really enjoying them going round all the courts on the main coverage personally.

There was another LL spot (Ruusuvuori w/d) and it went to Cazaux (lost to Rublev)

Musetti and Felix also knocked out in R1

Griekspoor (24) follows them out of the exit door, beaten in five sets by Arthur Fils in two minutes shy of four hours.

And Khachanov (11) bites the dust, beaten in straight sets (2, 4 & 2) by Michael Mmoh in two hours & 20 minutes!

 Andy's 200th slam match win.

Hopefully he can beat Emerson (on 210) before he retires.

Poor Liam. Imagine being the only one out of the four to not get in the draw! And he was presumably the highest ranked by the time the draw was held. Sigh...

So good. When we think about Jack (or when we hear about him) it's often about his lefty serve and his power from both sides but his defense is slept on. It's really exceptional when he's fit. I hope and can't wait for a healthy year on tour - imho he's as good/will be as good as Sinner, Rune, Stefanos etc when fit. He's shown he can beat them all already. Really exciting.

Today could hardly have gone better for the British lads!   smile

Across men and women, GB 10-0 in sets in R1 so far.

And ended up as wins 7-0, sets 18-0, no TBs.

Flippin heck

Saw a bit of Jacks match - eventually subscribed to Sky and Now tv - that took up alot of potential viewing time ! What a shame Amazon Prime lost the contract - its very hard to navigate these platforms to find matches.

But yes, absolutely brilliant results for all the Brits. Well done all.

Yes, poor Liam. That really is totally rotten for him.
