Weeks 35 & 36 - US Open - Flushing Meadows, New York City (hard) - main draw

Jack playing well. Isnt there a Mmoh superfan on here, maybe Coup Droit I forget. Anyway Jack is looking somewhere approaching his best.

 I'm the opposite, Jeff

Mmoh is one of my very vocally hated players - maybe rather OTT, to be honest - but I've disliked the boy since he was a junior, and I'll stick to it

I think Jeff was being ironic or provocative , not serious for sure re you being a Mmoh fan!

Roger that. Is that a result of one specific flashpoint or did he grind you down with general behaviour?

Brits having a tough time right now - Jack being pulled back by a resurgent Mmoh. Cam a set down, Dan stated set two well but Alcaraz has too much for him

Draper seems determined to throw away a 2 set lead by losing to a distinctly average opponent and Norries playing poorly again but not getting away with it .

Evans against Alcaraz was always going to be tough but hes had some chances .

I really hope today isnt a repeat of that bitterly disappointing day at Wimbledon .

It was one particular match that I saw live

I think live matches stick with you more

As said, it's probably not justified now, and I generally think we should cut youngsters some slack, but I rather enjoy having a few players to dislike

Tremendous play from both Dan and Carlos. A really enjoyable match. Laura just said that it was some of the best tennis she has ever seen Dan play.

Woeful performance from Norrie. Pretty clear if Murray had this draw hed be in the fourth round , the same for Evans .
