So, it's 90 points for a R1 win?

Which will be net 30 points extra for Hannah?

(But no new points for Ella or Henry yet)

She has a guaranteed MD spot in Junior Wimbly thanks to being runner-up at the U18 Junior Nationals

Out of interest do you know would the runner up get the place if the winner already qualified due to their ranking?

All our singles players performed creditably today. Mimi and Ella won considerably more games than on the previous occasion they played their opponents, Hannah was very competitive against a powerful leading junior and Henry produced a big upset against a top ten player, who won the Brazilian J500 on clay, without being troubled

Boys R2

Henry Searle d. (7) Yaroslav Demin (***) 6-2 6-3

R3

Girls R1 (L64)

Alevtina Ibragimova (***) d. (13) Ella McDonald 6-3 6-4
(2) Clervie Ngounoue (USA) d. (Q) Hannah Klugman 7-6(5) 7-5
