I make it only 14 voted for Katie B or Harriet - and only 4 said they had.

sorry, I looked at Jodie B percentage, Harriet and Katie B would be 48.9% of 36, 17?

But it was probably lower at the point votes should have closed, TA, did you take a note at that point? Impressed if you did? Was it 14 then (I think we had 34 votes at the time I closed voting - or thought I had closed voting!)

A reminder of the table from a few days ago: Harriet in action now, Jodie and Katie S later. Wimbledon predictions don't anticipate any of them winning, anything would be a bonus!

TOTAL Player
8 H. Dart
8 K. Boulter
6 H. Watson
6 J. Burrage
6 S. Kartal
5 E.Appleton
5 K. Swan

Harriet going down leaves the door wide open for Katie B to step through it. But that wont be until tomorrow earliest. Jodie and Katie Swan can attempt to improve their position later today , first

Just these women left in contention (although Harriet is out of Wimbledon) and Jodies win today puts her back into the thick of it

We reach 78 wins today - exactly the same as last season. Anymore an improvement

Last year's women's grass season was a relatively good one. This one overall has been good too, though not necessarily"great" in the end. So I wouldn't have expected much of a rise in total wins.

Interestingly the GB women's strongest nation top 10 average ranking has improved over the grass season. But again not by that much ( it improved very markedly during last year's grass season, again indicating that 2022 was pretty good ).

Anyways, congrats to Katie B and all who voted for her.

final womens table, Katie ends with 10 wins and the women score 80 in total; in 2022, Jodie also got 10 wins and the women totalled 78. I would say that is pretty consistent!

Well done those 9 who voted for Katie!

Now - which of those 9 also will end up voting for the mens winner also? Andy, Dan, Charlie, Billy all in the running...
