Boys & Girls: J200 Aldershot, hard (Week 17)

Henry Searle won very comfortably.

Althoygh Luca played very well at the nationals, I have good hopes for Henry and have always had a big asterisk by his name, rather than Luca, Viktor etc.

Hey - I was trying to use this link to look at scores here (as the ITF site isnt up to date today) but it doesnt seem to work - it just says connecting without ever connecting.

I can see others are able to view the live scores and results - is this still the link or is there a better link to keep up to date with what is going on at this event?!

Thanks anyone who can help!!

Excellent. Now can someone get down there with a GoPro for tomorrow so we can watch.

You'd be forgiven for thinking this event is a figment of your imagination the amount the LTA have said about it (nothing, zero, zip) .

Charlie's win was a tight one, reversing the pattern of his matches with Luca (3 defeats in 2021 ITFs as well as the ones mentioned). The result is two all-British singles finals just as last year (Will Jansen and Isabelle Lacy being the winners)

Boys SF

(1) Henry Searle d. Seungmin Park (KOR) 6-3 6-1
(2/WC) Charlie Robertson d. (4) Luca Pow 4-6 6-3 7-6(6)

F

(1) Henry Searle v (2/WC) Charlie Robertson

Doubles F

(1) Pow/Searle v (2) Robertson/Weir

Girls SF

Given Roach d. (5) Daria Gorska (POL) 6-3 6-2
(4) Hannah Klugman d. (2) Zuzanna Pawlikowska (POL) 7-6(0) 6-2

F

Given Roach v (4) Hannah Klugman

Doubles F

(1) Buchnik/Pawlikowska (ISR/POL) v Paskauskas/Vladson (GBR/LTU)
