I actually laughed out loud

But doing some googling, SC, it looks likely that it's an Indonesian name

There's a Bob Pontjodikromo listed on some Dutch football site, under the subtitle of players with Indonesian origins

And, given the countries' histories, that seems quite likely....

There is a Dutch swimmer Kromowidjojo (slightly different name but along similar lines) who is of Javinese/Surinamese descent
