The Indoor Scottish National Championships (also a British Tour event)

No idea how it works - is it open (like Tour events?) Or restricted as you'd expect for Scottish nationals (i.e. only open to Scottish players?)

Either way the Scottish Indoor National Champion is..........Yuri Santiago Syromolotov Netrebin

Now that's a great name

In the women, the title went to Aimee Knowles

 Great name !

it looks like it is the Scottish Indoor Open on the web link below https://competitions.lta.org.uk/tournament/87FAEF92-C30D-41E7-B037-B4B35B911B31/players

the players seem largely Scottish based but some from England and beyond. It is also part of the Tennis Scotland Open Tour as well it seems

Kate leads the womens tour leaderboard, Oscar Wai now leads the mens (forgive me, I dont know Oscar Wai, presumably not playing ITF's, just a national events player?)

He's from Hong Kong. I'll let Nino Severino introduce you to him and his sister, Candy https://www.eadt.co.uk/sport/20708759.talented-tennis-teens-swapped-hong-kong-ipswich/

there seems to be a dearth of Premier events this season, presumably because more players are out on the ITF Tour, they dont justifiy holding Tier 1/Premier events on the BT?

I think the UK Pro League has largely taken the place of Premier events, leaving the LTA to focus on offering an expanded BT at mostly G2 level.
