3 set points could have gone either way really, but unfortunately Heather doesn't take them. Maybe could have done better with the second volley on the third one but was a good pass.

Really cagey, really slice and dice from both, not modern tennis as it's finest, but a very good match-up

I don't mind Hev's slice - just as long as she doesn't just push the ball

Heather did a great job of staying assertive in the first couple of games of the second, not sitting back and letting Juvan rebuild.

Juvan really rattled, missing basic balls. Heather doing the right thing, hitting the ball well, not patting it about, but staying solid and not taking silly risks.

A very nervous double at *30-15 but Juvan came up with some good tennis for break point. Was never going to be straightforward! Great job to save break point with a dash for the drop shot and strong volley.

Super forehand on the run from Juvan brings up a second break point. A serve and volley to save it! Break point three is taken. Juvan hitting much more freely there.

Juvan breaks back with some much improved play. To be fair, Heather did little wrong (aside from the DF at 30-15) and was very brave on both the previous BPs.

The double was a real killer blow. But Juvan is stepping up again. Real pressure now as Juvan moves to 0-30*. Two huge returns and Heather is two points away again, but Juvan recovers with another good drop for game point. A big angle from Heather and it's deuce, can she force a match point this time? No, forehand return 3ft long.

Juvan most certainly playing better (to be honest, she couldn't have played much worse if she'd tried)
