Not sure its that controversial to have Cam on no 1 Court .
The defending champion v the no 10 seed really should be on centre court .
Im sure the club is also massively relieved that Kyrgios won otherwise the no 1 crowd would have had two relatively unknown players for their quarter final on Wednesday.
I fully expect they will have Nadal assuming he wins on centre court .
I was watching on Centre Court yesterday. He really is an enigma. There were times when there seemed to be zero effort and then the next minute huge serves and forehand rained down. It felt like he could have easily won that match in 3 sets i'm not convinced he is always focused on the next point and just wanders off randomly.
Nick effectively gave away the end of the fourth set but clearly KNEW he would win the fifth at a canter.
Garin will be a player he will beat - but I think it could follow a similar navigational path to this last round. Clearly, if he then plays Nadal, it will be a different kettle of fish altogether.
Given the scheduling of the initial QF matches today, and given the womens semis are on Thursday, I imagine that the womens QF matches tomorrow will both come first and then the mens afterwards with Nadal and Fritz obviously on centre court and Nick out on Court One. I have no idea if that will make any difference and he will feel snubbed at not being on centre court, hopefully his team are conditioning him to that so he isnt surprised when he gets COurt one tomorrow

Dan Evans was warned for lack of effort and very nearly fined £12k for not trying hard enough, in 2015, when he beat Bachinger in the Wimbly qualis
Dan basically threw in the towel for the second set, and - at 0-5 down in the second - the umpire gave him a warning under section 6 of the International Tennis Federations Grand Slam Rule Book, which states: A player shall use his best efforts to win a match when competing in a Grand Slam Tournament. Violation of this section shall subject a player to a fine up to $20,000 (£12,750) for each violation.
It was - IMO - utterly ridiculous, was basically the umpire penalising him for not 'looking' as though he was trying his best (Dan rather wears his heart on his sleeve), all very much a question of what's pukka and what's not. (The tournament committee finally decided not to fine him, realising - I think - that they looked like complete divs if they did)
Nick's behaviour yesterday re the fourth set was the same.
It's obvious that players have to pace themselves, both mentally and physically. 'Chucking' a set (which you feel you've lost anyway) may actually be 'using your best efforts to win the match' - indeed, both Dan and Nick did win their match

Bad news for Nick and clearly very serious. Not sure what to think as dont know details but given his criticism of Zverev, the optics dont look good for him .
Hopefully the court will unveil the truth of the matter- clearly they feel it has substance to charge him
Not able to watch but score line suggests Sinner is in control v Djoko. Lets go !
I wasn't watching ( got into the Maria vs Niemeier match ) but I suspected it needed a strong start to the third set to be at all in control vs Djokovic. As it was Djokovic broke for *3-1 and took the set.
