Boys & Girls: J2 Aldershot, Outdoor hard (Week 17)

Henry Searle unfortunately wont get any points as lost first round, so he wont get the 18 points.

Henry's 18pts will replace his lowest counter and his ranking may increase slightly. Freddie and Henry now have at least 36pts this week which will see a rankings jump for both.

You don't get points when you lose in R1, I believe

OK- I assume, the table in the ITF documents would only score if it was a 64 player draw rather than a 32.

It's not very clear.

Young Ben G Wan gets a good win.

As do Fabio and Luca Pow

And Pat Brady snatches a third set TB to get a real clutch one

Phoenix and Luca Bluett also both won in all-GB matches

So, in R2, that gives us Ben v Freddy Blaydes

And Luca v Fabio

So two all-GB clashes already, with guaranteed QF spots for the winners, and big points.

Final results for the boys sees a win for Viktor and Louis and Will Jansen

And a MEGA win for Hugo Coquelin over the second seed !

So that gives us TWELVE boys through to R2

Two of our lads beat seeded players

Nine of them beat foreign players

There are now 5 all-GB R2 matches

And one all GB quarter so we have a guaranteed GB semi-finalist

Just seen that - wowzer !

Way to go, Sarah. She beat the top seed, ranked about 80

And atta' girl from young Ruby who, as above, I rate highly.

Ruby's only 14 but took out the 17 year-old player who's seeded 3 and ranked 120.

Just mega

Looks like they have been unable to get all the games completed and some of the girls will have to play twice tomorrow.
