Brilliant - not :(

However, the girls' matches are good so it's not a total bust.

Will try and get 5 mins of Louis' match, just coz I haven't seen Yujiro for a while and I rather liked his tennis a couple of years back. No real interest in Hugo C and Will.....

The boys' matches are pretty uninspiring.

Hugo C looks like he's knocking up in the park. Will Jansen is playing faintly better but not much.

The Louis v Yujiro match is a bit more respectable but I wouldn't shout about it from the rooftops....

Luca and Louis facing off twice then tomorrow. I fancy Luca to win this, as Paulisi also said earlier in this thread

Not surprised that Will beat Viktor easily.

Viktor is 2 years younger and, as said, has rather a lot going on in his shots - makes it difficult for him - it's decent enough, overall, but not that inspiring.

Will hasn't been playing brilliantly recently but he's the defending champion, obviously pumped up for this, and plays a good level.

Best boys' match I've seen so far - Luca Pow def. Louis Bowden, 6-2 7-6(3)

Luca plays a very energetic, dynamic game - I always like to see real effort (if you can't be bothered to make an effort, why bother to go in the first place?). And Louis has a solid, technically decent game too. Luca deserved to win, but the second set was a real contest and enjoyable watching.

Luca and Henry won 6-3 7-6.

So Luca could do the double.

I see these finals where indoors today, have all the matches today been indoors?

No  - the matches earlier in the week were outdoors

Yeah, realise that, but was today all indoors or just the doubles?

The singles semi-finals are on the LTA YouTube Channel or on the LTA page linked to in the second post, and they were all indoors

According to the Lta head to head on the tournie order of play, Luca and Will havent played each other since 2017 , when they were no doubt completely different kids. Is that correct. Seems hard to believe at this level
