I don't know - it's a good point - like Hep did a couple of months ago, she seems to have gone AWOL. I assume it's injuries? But absolutely no idea....

Ella has also won her QF easily

So it'll be Ella v Hep in the SF which is a tasty match.

An excellent win for Millie Skelton over the 4th seed means that 3 out of 4 girls left are now GB.

Freddy and Viktor had an excellent win in doubles over Phoenix and Kyle (top seed)
Jamie Diack and Ben Gusic Wan also had a tight win over the third seeds:

So Boys dubs SFs see:

Freddy & Viktor v LAT/GRE

Roy & Etienne (FRA) v Jamie & Ben

I expect qWCs in Loughborough next week to go to players at the National Academy there, and perhaps that is why Mimi hasn't been playing this week as she has been in training for that? She was a WC in the BT Premier in Loughborough at Christmas.

I hear players aged 14 have a limited number of ITF events they can play per year. I guess Mimi Xu is pacing herself

In the girls doubles, most of our interest went out.

However, Abby K & Giulia Lesa pulled off a very good win over Ella & Issey, and will be our sole SF interest

Few players missing Henry Searle, luca pow, Mimi, Isabelle lacy, talia think its  more like exam time for these players than injuries. .

She's got a wildcard into the qualis at Loughborough ITF 25k this week so that's good

As has Talia.

So exams not keeping them out of competition completely, nor injuries, thankfully.

I guess Ella, Phoenix and Hugo and other 2007 cohort , have this season plus one more to make their mark so would be great to see them push towards the top 100 by year end?
