Lloyd makes 7 and Joe quickly makes 8. Doubles are rolling!

I've gone low at 15. We normally rely on Men's Doubles to pick up a lot of wins but for some reason, I don't have so much confidence in that this time. Happy to be proved wrong.

My prediction of the Men's Doubles not doing so well, is going down like a lead balloon - I am happy to report. smile

Dan gets a walkover, tricky! Does that mean we count  1 for a Brit getting into the 3rd round, but don't give Dan the win as he didn't actually play?

I don't know, happy to go with majority on this and if Dan counts as win 10.

Not that it matters but in times past we counted a win by retirement but didn't count a win by walkover, which is how I believe the atp et al do it for their player win loss records.
i think this was a walkover wasnt it, ie they didnt get near the court ? So I don't think we would count it - I would have to look back (and cant be bothered) but think thats how I did it when running it before.

we had one of these contests where that became a thing at the end as it made a difference who won, not that anybody kicked up a fuss, and Im certainly not hard and fast on it ! Youre the boss, FW!

either way , glad Dan is through !

Dom and Ken do make it 10 (or 11, whilst we await the judges verdict!).

As I only went for 15 in total, Dan's W/o should not be counted as a win and any subsequent victories of his should also be discounted as he didn't 'validly' get passed R2 wink
