I think I voted 19. I'm normally more optimistic that that but Joe and partner appear to have been struggling and I usually count him as a finalist.

I was worried that today would be 100% the old guard.

And much as it was lovely to see the old guard come storming through (Andy, Hev, Dan.....), it was great that at least one of our newbies came out with a win too.

Overall, four wins - very nice.

yeah 4 isnt bad - Harriet losing was pretty certain, Liam I think a win would have been a bonus, just Cam as a disappointment really.

Next round, I think all 4 have a decent chance although I dont expect all 4 to win.

That sums it up - as good as could be expected or hoped for, with only off-form Cam missing out.

Yes, I reckon 4 is about right. Liam and Harriet did really well to come through qualifying and realistically were unlikely to win their R1 matches (unless the "right" NK turned up).
To get all five of the others through would have been amazing. So four is good. It could easily have been less!!!

Eek, sorry,  fewer!!

In all fairness to Cam, I think Korda must be one of the toughest unseeded DAs to face along with the likes of van Zandschulp, he'll be up in the top 30 rankings soon.

3 players in mixed doubles - Neal, Jamie, Joe which should hopefully bump us up nicely

As much as I like Cam, I suspect Korda's ceiling is higher.
