Katy has withdrawn. I doubt Tara will be in Bath either as she will be in Australia with Emina.

Yep, you're right, Tara withdrew yesterday

And Beth is now safely in the main draw

Withdrawals for Bath are coming thick and fast as expected.
Will have a better idea this evening, but looks like lots of GB men in main draw and seeded and just a couple of ladies.

Thick and fast indeed. Beth is now up to 8th in the main draw, and Matilda is in at 18. There are 6 in qualifying as of right - and we haven't reached the deadline yet.

Beth now 6th. And Eden 13th. And Lissey in the MD too.

However, on my list, Matilda has just withdrawn - and from Tunisia too - maybe she's injured - which would be a real shame.

Emily WS should make the main draw (she's second in qualis, which will be fine already, if not SEs)

As the automatic withdrawals kick in, Babos is out from the top seeding which is now held by Lily.
Maim draw now has Beth at #5, Eden at #9, Lissey, EWS and Freya. There are 9 in qualifying and 11 ot the top 20 alts. After wildcards are added there will be a good turnout !

However, Sonay has withdrawn, as well as Matilda.

Is it possible they would have done so because they've been offered wildcards? Does it work like that?

It is very possible - see your own post on the previous page  wink  Lauryn is in qualifying at the moment, but should have one too.

Sorry biggrin What I meant was, if you're offered a wildcard, you don't normally HAVE to withdraw, do you? But maybe you might withdraw, just to be polite, really, and make the lists 'real'?

It's not the offer of a wildcard I'm thinking about but the process.

In the mens list for Bath. 7 out of the 18 are Brits. If the SE clears the next two in line are also Brits. 22 of the 27 of the qualifying list are Brits

WTA might be different but Diane Parry shows as a withdrawal from the AO qualifying and has a WC into MD. Can't see why Matilda would take a WC when she makes MD off her ranking but maybe Sonay has a MD WC?

 Sounds good !

But Aidan (who was top seed) was automatically withdrawn because he's in the Forli challenger, which might be a shame to some...

As Matilda was an automatic main draw, it would have thrown up a spare wildcard, so she is obviously not playing.

Expect Lauryn, Sonay and a couple of youngsters Jasmine etc to get wildcards.

On the men side, plenty already in, Julian Cash, Toby Samuel expected plus a choice of juniors or tour players.
