Ken Skupski for winning his first ATP 500 doubles title (w/Neal), and then also another ATP title with Jonny O'Mara. Not bad when you've only played 30 matches all year (from ATP website)

Depending on where we are with qualifiers, we will have at least 1 and a maximum of 4 wildcards. I will advise when the poll is posted - I dont know exactly as I want to keep the numbers in the Player of Season poll uniform per group so need to see where we land with qualifiers. At the moment we have 24, I expect 1-2 more from the Nov/Dec PoM vote and 1-2 from tournament winners, hence I expect to land 26-28. But, of course, things never work out simply !

I'll risk nominating Ryan Peniston although he is still in action this week.

Having won back to back Greece 15Ks in May, he is now regularly getting through a MD round or two in challengers.

He started the year WR 378 with a CH 359 and by so far reaching the QF in the Bahrain Challenger this week, his CH should at least move up into the 280s.

 Ha - the other thing is to make sure the 20 nominations dont all happen before you get in with yours of course! 

And, for Christine, it is of course a years worth of tennis we should judge them on not just 1 match, so dont worry too much!
