That page is just typical LTA nonsens. It is even has the BJK Cup finals listed for Glasgow again which is definitely not confirmed.

This looks to be on dates for next year, but it could also be for last year - the tournaments listed are the same I think?

They're this year. They haven't been updating that page since the website redesign.
