I's been a strange tournament. One seed went out to a LL, one more in the 1st round. Five more left in the 2nd found leaving only Katie B as a seeded player. She was joined in the QFs by one other direct entry, one SR (Katie S), one high ranking junior WC and four qualifiers.
The bottom half of the draw in the QFs consisted of one WC and three qualifiers.

For once I feel confident that Katie will win the semi-final, just don't ask me which one!
Yeah, I'm not sure who I want to win. Swan's needs are probably greater short term as Emmsie pointed out earlier, but at the same time, 25 points here and there aren't going to be doing Boulter much good to get back to where she was, whereas a potential 65 (for winning the title) would, and at her age, I just think the need might be a little greater generally. Plus she hasn't won any (proper) title for a few years now, and will likely be frustrating losing in a W25 semi final when the path has been opened up. It's a big match for both.
There was a stream earlier in the week, but I think the host broadcaster may have lost interest once Kanepi exited, but hopefully there will be one tomorrow.
