What a winner to clinch it! Fabulous Katie. Kucova really messed up a couple of service games and credit to our girl for taking advantage and her chances when they came. So pleased for her.

What happened? I did not see Katie as a winner through nearly all of that match

No idea how she won that, but brilliant result given the circumstances!

 I think the Slovakian forum will say that their player choked at the end. And they'll have a point.

 She had 1 shocking service game in every set but Katie was a different player the last 4 games of the match. I genuinely didn't think she would finish the match at 5-5 in the 1st set and I still suspect she might have retired if she lost that set
