Harriet misses 2 set points. Sigh.

6-6*

10 breaks in 12 games - I'm not even going to put the match on and watch.

lol why not? it's exciting? So what if she wins or loses....nobody dies. it's not hunger games

Mainly because I have to get up in 7 hours time, and this could go on for a while yet. And watching Jodie has stressed me out !

haha, bedtime addict.... we know where this is going

Im trying to watch three matches at once here but from what Ive seen Katie has done so well not to properly lose the plot from the position she was in. One game to go

As for Harriet, first set was really poor, second set good standard of tennis but she is the better player.

Come on girls!!

Normal first to 7 with 2 point lead in US Open MD as well.

The 4 Slams manage to have 4 different final set TB procedures

Us open is my preference - tie break at 6 all final set and normal tie break. no reason to be different.

 I agree

Yup!  Wimbledon basically knocks the winner out in the next round anyway

Well it certainly sometimes did before introducing a final set TB at 12-12. The French Open is the one left with no final set TB.

Did Katie actually crawl across the finishing line in the end or am I seeing things?

Yes, Katie won 6-2 5-7 6-4. She just wanted to play an extra set on such a lovely day

Diatchenko blows hot and cold so much through matches, when she was on she looked a far better player than Boulter in my opinion. But she also blew cold a lot! haha

OK, Harriet leads 7-6(1) 6-5*.

Just win one of the next two games please and we'll take 3/6 after the day's ups and downs. And it can be good night.

Amazing that for all our talk about Harriet's second serve ..she still wins a higher percentage on it than her first :)

I've heard somewhere that she really goes for her second serve. Otherwise her second serve is rolled in
