With apologies to Nao Nishino, but the GB supporters can now relax as there are now no non-British players left in the draw, in either boys or girls - 14 year-old Guilia Lesa beat Nao, which is an excellent result as Guilia is unranked whereas Nao is JWR 735 (and seeded 5)
Even better, Lois Newberry (also 14 and unranked) easily beat the 2nd seed, Lucy Webber JWR 665
Other seeds to lose were Millie Mae Matthews, Tabitha Holmes and Andrea Pineda
Isabelle Lacy (age 14) is going strong, as is Issey Purser. Hannah Read has an elegant game too.
The QFs now are:
Isabelle Lacy v Guilia Lesa Issey Purser (3) v Hannah Smith (7) Hannah Read v Millie Skelton Lois Newberry v Paulina Jurkowska
(Just shows how useful rankings are at junior level )
The QFs for the boys are WAY more in line than the girls with the rankings and seedings:
(1) Billy Blaydes v (5) Roan Jones
(2) Sam Reeve v Maximillian Relic (now THAT'S a great name)
(6) Fabio Nestola v (4) Freddie Ridout
Phoenix Weir v (7) Luca Pow

Pauline Jurkowska is a completely new name to me (born 2005). Don't know very much about Isabelle Lacey (born 2006) either, although I've seen her name in the Tennis Europe events, I think - and for an unranked girl to be going SO strong is great to see.
Millie Skelton (2005) plays Hannah Smith (born 2004) who used to have a real big serve for a little girl (although she was never that 'little' - about half a head taller than the others at age 12 or so)
Love the fact that I look at players like Sam Reeve and think, 'oh nice to see little Sam playing' - and have somehow zapped that he's now 17! He's got another year of juniors though, I think. Unlike Roan, who's 2003.
Fabio and Phoenix are both 2005-born so that bit younger....
The site definitely had Phoenix as the winner previously (it still amazes me how many times results gets switched - you'd think 'winner' was the absolute key thing you'd enter correctly)
But I've switched it round now, and congrats to Fabio
