Selections for the 2022 DI men's tennis championship were announced on Monday night. Thirty conferences receive automatic qualification into the 2022 NCAA Division I Mens Tennis Championship.
TCU took the first overall seed, while defending national champion, Florida, earned the second overall seed.
INDIANAPOLIS The NCAA Division I Men's Tennis Subcommittee has selected the 64 singles players and 32 doubles teams that will compete in the 2022 NCAA Division I Men's Tennis Championships.

A win for Thompson in the doubles, but losses for Storey and Samuel meant Virginia clinched the doubles point. Storey lost his singles, but Thompson and Samuel battled hard and their matches were unfinished in the 3rd set.
Kentucky moves to the final 8 for the first time since 2011. Hurrens no 1 dubs went unfinished, whilst WF Draper had a win at no 3 dubs. Team captain #83 ranked Hurrion competed in two tight sets, both ending in 6-4 scores, splitting them with No. 61 Eduardo Nava. Quarterfinals of the DI men's tennis tournament get underway Thursday, May 19. Here is the full slate of matches (all times EST):
TCU vs. Kentucky, 4 p.m. Baylor vs. Tennessee, 4 p.m. Michigan vs. Ohio State, 8 p.m. Virginia vs. Florida, 8 p.m.
The D1 Womens quarterfinals get underway on May 20. Here is the full slate of games (all times EST):
North Carolina vs. Pepperdine, 4 p.m. Virginia vs. Texas, 4 p.m. Duke vs. NC State, 8 p.m. Texas A&M vs. Oklahoma, 8 p.m.
JonH is either supporting the favourites North Carolina rather than the remaining Brit women at North Carolina State or is as confused as everyone elses with the similarly sounding colleges Those ending State are the public University in that state rather than the private one eg Penn and Penn State. Gets even more confusing as there are several with the same initials eg USC (Uni South Carolina and Uni South California) and then the use of nicknames for the college teams.
