The calendar has been updated with venues:
www.ukproleague.com/calendar

Week 5 - 12th to 18th July Aldershot Tennis Centre
Week 6 - 23rd to 29th August The Harbour Club, London
Week 7 - 13th to 19th September Bath Uni
Week 8 - 27th September to 3rd October TBC
Week 9 - 25th to 31st October Bisham Abbey
Week 10 - 8th to 14th November Shrewsbury Club
Week 11 - UKPL FINALS WEEK - 6th to 12th December The Copper Box, Olympic Park London

Assuming the last venue is aimed at getting fans in. Could be tempted with a trip to that.

Copper Box sounds interesting and perhaps they are hoping the wild cards will be decent names ?

Thats what happened last year. I think Liam got £20 000 for the win. Surely enough to entice anyone not playing regularly on the main tour.

The UK Proleague starts on Monday at the Aldershot Tennis Centre. The tournament website is looking very nice, seems to have had a recent revamp.

Any idea of the acceptance list?

They must have updated the website today - it didn't look like that yesterday.
I hope they'll publish the list of players in advance this time - in the past we've had to wait until the night before to find out.

Week 6 starts next week, second half of the league season in effect. Is it in Chelsea this time? Any insights on entries ? A lot of players playing itf events so expecting it will be weaker

Glad to see Stresnakova back given how well she's been playing on the British Tour lately.

Is anyone else like me, this has become a bit like the British Tour Premier level events, interesting but my engagement with it has lessened considerably now that Tour level tennis is taking most attention

Not that I was ever in to the domestic stuff as much as some, but yes even less so for me for some time now. More just interested in any new names to me, promising looking younger players and sometimes say a recovering player like Evan.

Only really interested if actually know the players or they are younger siblings of players I know - tend to follow college tennis more during term time.

still  think its great for players to get prize money from domestic events, definitely helps them especially if they dont have wealthy parents to fund them

Yeah, I was one of the regular posters on the threads, especially the first year, but a lot less interest now. I thought it was really good in that July 2020 period when a lot of sports still weren't back up, and it was something nice to watch, especially when on furlough for a couple of months, but it's far lower down the pecking order now, especially with being back in the office, making it tougher to watch the day time matches. I will still check scores, mainly to see how the youngsters are getting on, and I did actually try and load up a YT stream yesterday, but couldn't find it for some reason, but wasn't too disappointed.

To be honest though, I've a lot less interest in the ITF circuit now as well, and while I'm aware it generally goes against the sprit of the board, if I don't think a player has a circa top 250 ceiling, like grand slam quals / back end of WTA quals level, or at least bigger ITF events, then I will pay a lot less attention now as well, but at the same time, my general interest in tennis, especially at the top end, has probably never been higher, and I've got a few half days booked off over the next couple of weeks specifically for the US Open.

Thats good to hear. and tends to gel with me as well, albeit my interest is really on ATP, mens Challenger and Slam qualies level players in GB plus generally the top level of the mens game. I try so very hard but just cant get any real interest in the womens beyond a passing interest and a desire to see our top 200 or so men do well and rise up the ranks.

I'm the same - when it first started there were quite a few tour pros taking part, including several that I had met and chatted to. They are all out on tour now, and I don't have a lot of interest in this weeks participants. So far this week I haven't got any further than checking the scores at the end of the long list on sofascore (396 matches on the list today, boosted by USO qualifying of course).

Have noticed the wins for Acice, Tiff and Sonay today though !
