And we have a clear winner! Congatulations to Indiana for this year, and to Ace, flamingowings and brittak for making it so close. Special mention to JonH for his efforts elsewhere that have obviously distracted him from this competition.
Next year's competition will commence in a few days time.
Emma and Jo really had a major effect this year, and there were a few other surprises as well.
The spreadsheet is set up for next year with the 34 ranked players and a few other aspiring ones as well (Millie, Sashi, Marni, Lauryn), and I hope there will be a few more entrants this year - with over 7500 page views there must be more than 33 people interested.
Presumably the fact that "as you were" has come out so near the bottom means that there has been big moves in the rankings. Congrats to the top folks with radical predictions!
Yes, As You Were does indicate some big moves in the rankings.
Interestingly, Mr Average has come out near the top, which shows that most people are pretty close in their predictions, but just not quite close enough.

The addict, is it also true that if the person has a really low number in the Dec 2020 column and a high one in the Dec. 2021 column that means they made really far out choices (hence, miles off in Dec. 2020) which came out of nowhere to do well? is that the way to read it? i.e. radical thinker???
I'm clutching at straws for a 'claim to fame' , and noticed my score in 2020 was really low (although not THAT high in 2021, to be honest, but hey....)
The December 2020 column gives the points for your predictions at the time. So if your points were really low then you probably were very optimistic at the time - and if the December 2021 points were much higher, you would be proved right. Quite a few of the players didn't move very much in the rankings, so a lot of people who were less optimistic have fairly close scores for the two snapshots in time. Those who picked Emma to finish near the top would have picked up a few points (but not many as she went much higher than anyone predicted - I think GB#4 and WR62 might have been the highest from memory).
I'll publish the equivalent rankings tables later today when I get a bit of time.
