Thanks for the update TA - I'm a bit late catching up with this but it's left me a bit confused. I chose to swap out Paul Jubb (GB 8 ranking 255) and replace him with Jay (ranking 179). I haven't done the full calculation but I reckon Paul was only giving me 2 points, and I think Jay would score the same, so I don't quite understand how the substitution could have cost me 6 points? Is there something else going on that I don't understand? Sorry to be a nuisance. Thanks.
Substitutions slot in to the position vacated by the player you take out so Jay is classed as #8 regardless of his actual ranking
Always right to query it, as even when I check it three times mistakes slip through. You were right, I had swapped out the wrong player.
Paul gave you 2 points for GB ranking and none for WR (48% out). Jay gives you 1 point for GB and 0 for WR (26% out), so dropping only one point in total.
Thanks TA. With Paul only scoring 2 I knew I couldn't have fallen more than that!
I've put the current rankings into the spreadsheets, and there has been a bit of movement (especially amongst the women), so I may do an update prior to the USO.
Here is the current table, with post Indian Wells rankings. seagull has made a strong move and caught Miriambee, but Cam's charge up the rankings haslost others points.
I was going to close this after the ATP finals, but there are so many men still playing Challengers and ITF's that I'm going to wait until the end of the month and see who's still playing.

So an opportunity for me to mount a late challenge
Could we see an Ace Ventura double , I might pop down William Hill and a few pennies on it!
I reckon Miriambee has this one sewn up - but Ace will ace the women's. Indi is mounting a late challenge for JonH's spot at the ither end of the table.
