forgot about the Williams sisters, I was hoping it was a rarer achievement!

Martina Hingis won the singles and doubles in the Australian Open 1997,1998 and 1999. She was runner up in both in 2000. She had 4 different partners in the doubles.

Only the 3rd Polish lady to play in a Grand Slam singles final. J. Jedrzejowska was runner up at Wimbledon and US in 1937 and Paris 1939. Aggie Radwandska was runner up at Wimbledon 2012. Iga Swiatek has reached the final in her 7th Grand Slam tournament. If she wins she would follow Barty and Ostapenko as recent Wimbledon junior singles champions to win in Paris.

Just had a quick look and you have to go back a long time to find singles and doubles winners in the same year apart from the Willams sisters and Martina Hingis. The last in the French was Mary Pierce in 2000 and Wimbledon was Lindsay Davenport in 1999. Back in the 1960's and 1970's at Wimbledon Billie Jean King was able to win the singles and both doubles events.
