Yep, one of the best pair of slam semi finals that I can remember for quite some time. I actually stayed up until 4.45, regretting it now a bit, ha. I was always going to watch the first match, but since Serena won the first set in around 30 mins, I decided to watch a bit more, and couldn't leave it at 1-1.
So the 'Cincy' final that we never got, Vika on an 11 match winning streak, Naomi on 10, multiple grand slam champs at different stages of their career. I was hoping for Osaka vs Serena, but this isn't a bad alternative.
