TV just eavesdropped on Broady consoling Peniston after the match. He's gone right up in my estimation! Unlike Evans and A Murray who, as Liam said in the interview, kept reminding him from the sidelines how many forehands he'd missed.

Well Liam did say that all the jest and chirps from the sidelines have  made him stronger and he'll never be nervous before a match anymore! So all that banter has built his spirit,  just what he needs before he goes back on tour. Good for him.

Jodie in her interview yesterday said she absolutely loved the tram spirit and it contributed to her performance on court.  Echoed by Heather in her interview too

I've always had a lot of time for Liam.  He's genuinely a good guy.

Really good battle this, past the 2 hour mark. Harriet currently 6-4 6-5*. Jodie *4-3 and 5-3* up in 1st and 2nd set, but Harriet is such a good fighter.

Well, dont forget Dan will close that by 3 and then there are two doubles with Andy in one and jamie and heather in the other. This will come down to that final mixed, guaranteed!

9 points left, two doubles, two Murrays. UJs still favourites IMO!

Great effort by Aidan. The stats showed he had 6 break points, but only took one. Made Dan work hard for that win.

Yes, when SC said the Bulldogs were just 2 points off the finishing line, I was going to question where these 2 points were going to come from.

Going to the last match looks quite likely and that could be very close.

Dan has been completely different to player from first battle of brits. He looked sharp and very fit then, here he has been arsy and looks out of shape...
