Felt much better for going to the gym again. Firstly it gets me away from the computer/work and also gets me out of the house and exercising. The big challenge is can I go regularly and get myself fit again. Reckon I need to lose a stone as working from home means more snacking and eating more...

Given all the positivity on this thread, probably best if I keep my mouth shut on this one.  wink

Work really perked up during lockdown for me too, really enjoyed cycling to & from work for 6 months now. Lucky to have a cycle path into town which is very safe relative to the road and takes me door to door & includes some beautiful site (an empty new den in all its glory).

Cycling not without risk and have sustained my fair share of road rash. Plus the injury that defines real cyclists. I have lost about 1/2 stone, still a bit heavy but have the type of physique that means my backside is too boney to sit on If BMi gets less than 27. Definitely will be back in the saddle when all mended

I have also really enjoyed spending so much time tick tocking with my wife & teenagers, normally we would have been busy & they would have been off with their mates and although there has been some friction, generally it has been pretty fun. Just been informed peanut butter & white bread is low key well peng bro.

 Gym 3 times a week.

Cut out snacking and alcohol. Feel a lot better.

Body shape has changed and the lockdown belly has started to go.

Not much change in weight yet, but that is due to fat switch to muscle which is heavier.

Excellent! I had a two week spell where I lost momentum and put 2 or 3 pounds on, mainly through alcohol coming back in on a daily basis!

Trying to cut back out and leave it to the weekend only, got to have some treats in life!

In my case, I have got a lot of "switching" left to do.  I really should get out more.  no

Keep up the good work.

Yes, well done, Paulisi !

Gym lovers need to get the most out if it now, before they all close again.

So go for it ! (without hurting yourself, of course....)

For those of you who have implemented training regimes over lock down and have been improving your fitness, maybe you could try this.

It is truly impressive.

 Love it

Was the first station Monument? To Cannon Street...

If so I reckon it is 300m including stairs, which is about right Time wise for a decent sprinter.

Well planned and executed...
