Sadly our holiday to Mallorca has been cancelled, the quarantine thing just couldnt work. Not telling airline our decision and hoping they will cancel before 2nd September so we can get a refund.

Sadly Britain all booked up so going to wait til 2021 now!

Sorry to hear that.  The weather is great over here at the moment.

Mansion House to Cannon Street, Monument is a maze try & run through it and your more likely to end up at Bank than on a train!

I always ended up in a pub when I worked in that neck of the woods. "The Hatchet" didn't help wink

Felt much better for going to the gym again. Firstly it gets me away from the computer/work and also gets me out of the house and exercising. The big challenge is can I go regularly and get myself fit again. Reckon I need to lose a stone as working from home means more snacking and eating more...

 Gym 3 times a week.

Cut out snacking and alcohol. Feel a lot better.

Body shape has changed and the lockdown belly has started to go.

Not much change in weight yet, but that is due to fat switch to muscle which is heavier.

High intensity workouts with focus on abs.

Low carb meals.

Dropped nearly half a stone and the belly is flattening.
