After sharing the first six games Hannah K ran away with the match, winning the next 9. Her court movement, starting from anticipation of her opponent's shots, is excellent, and she enjoys constructing points well with her forehand, knowing when to go for short angles.
Surprisingly (to me) in Sweden they are streaming from court 2 - which has the two British matches. Hannah Read has just begun (2-2) with Viktor to follow
Her opponent plays a good game of tennis, the score is unfair on her, it wasn't at all like some of the early round matches which were very one-sided with one player clearly below the level.
But Hannah just demolished her - truly out-played her.
Just seen David's comment as I was writing this and, yes, completely agree, brilliant forehand and lucidity. Has a scheme of play in her mind. And real intensity on the ball.
I didn't see much of Viktor, but he showed considerable resilience towards the end, with the Spaniard serving for the match at 6-3 5-4 by saving 4 matchpoints in an epic tenth game, before Martin Landaluce won 6-3 6-4. Luke Hooper beat Ben Gusic Wan in the consolation final (a battle of qualifiers who lost early in the main draw - Luke exiting to the TE1, who is Martin's final opponent). Brenda thumped the top seed as easily as everyone else (one game is the most she has conceded in a set) to be the other girls finalist
She's just played an enormous long match against little Julia Stusek from Germany who is the 'ball-putter-backer' from hell and unbeaten this year in U12s, according to the French chat.
Tyra won 7-5 in the third.
SHe's a tall, powerful girl for her age - not too dynamic on her feet, but with a sweet, heavy strike of the ball.
A far more interesting match for Hannah than if it were against Stusek
The leading European under 12 event is also next week, in Auray, France. Hannah Klugman is the only 2009 born girl in as a direct entry, and other Winter Cup members Thomas Lefranc and Amalia Widdowson are on the acceptance list. The main draw and oop should appear soon on the Tennis Europe website. There is live streaming from 3 courts here and live scores here
Hannah's final has started. Live streaming as per the link provided by DavidC
How good is Hannah Klugman...
From what I can gather, she turned 11 earlier this month and has everything in her locker. Good serve, good forehand and backhand, can smash and volley.
So she is bottom age under 12 and just beaten the best in Europe.
Reminds me of the levels of Emma Raducanu when she won a G5 aged 13 and a couple of weeks.

is she really so young? Gosh! The French viewers on the chatroom were very complimentary about the variety in her game and in particular her passing shots. So it's not just us being biased!
Yes Hannah K has only just turned 11. It is not common for someone with more than a year left in under 12s to win Auray, but the last person to do so was Brenda Fruhvirtova in 2018, and she has just won the Swedish Super Category U14 event for a second time under-age (at least Daria Shadchneva was able to push her unlike her previous opponents, with one set going to a tiebreak)
