Mandy goes back ahead of Fran as live GB #9 ( they are live ranked 332 and 333 ). Over to Fran ...

Fran has started too... A few similarities in their opponents - both are Argentinians and they are ranked within 5 places of each other, Mandy's opponent at 253 and Fran's at 258. Fran is playing the 2nd seed, Mandy the 3rd. Main difference is Mandy's is a R16 match and Fran's a QF.

Both Mandy and Fran were broken in their first service games too...

So this was the final score, the TB unfortunately not competitive. And the score very similar to Fran's too, just a round too soon for Mandy, though she keeps that 1 pt and 1 ranking position lead over Fran
