Dan/Jacks match not on Trent schedule so presuming holding over until tomorrow or later today should the rain stop?

Heather, Harriet and Katie S all now moved indoors.

Harriet recovered well from *1-4 to 4-4* and had 2 BPs at 40-15*, but Lapko held, so Harriet serving to stay in the first set.

Harriet has saved 3 SPs at *3-6 in the tie break, but still work to do. 6-6*

H takes the set on her 2nd SP, 7-6(7), great recovery.

Do others think that it is all a bit of anti-climax having to play matches indoors (both here and Manchester) and having to move players to a different venue when we all probably looking forward to some sunshine - or play at least - on the grass courts? Wouldn't surprise me if some players have lost interest having to wait so long. Then again worse things can happen.

Definitely agreed, but this is Britain in June. This week often rains, queens and eastbourne weeks usually drier, not always, and Wimbledon is a mixed bag but occasionally glorious. Never r can tell. But it makes it v stop start. And frustrating.

Yeah, also agree, look forward to this tie of the season for ages and it's either indoors or hoping they can get some matches complete before the rain comes again, but obviously nothing can be done.

There are currently 3 Brits on court here, and some matches are streamed, but not one of Katie S, Harriet or Hev's matches available. Looks like we can stream Maia vs Tara later.

Heather's match is on WTA TV and other streaming services.

All 3 very tight at the moment, could all go either way. As per gabi in Manchester

Ah right, just not available (for me) on Bet365, which is usually the most reliable source. Don't have WTA TV but may look for a dodgy source, although I'd probably rather watch the other 2.

Contrasting few minutes. First Blood Pera in her match with Swan, 5-6*, Harriet just been broken in decider with Lapko 1-1*, but Watson has a break on Sakkari in the 2nd set, 1-2*

William Hill are meant to have it, but just the big WTA logo saying 'Next match will commence shortly'

I'm pleased with this Harriet performance given her recent lay off through injury. Go Hazza! Katie also competitive.

Some tight matches here - I've been watching the scores on my phone while cooking!
Sadly Hev has just lost 6-4 6-3
Katie is a set and a break down.
But Harriet is 5-3* in the 3rd

And Harriet wins!!!biggrinbiggrinbiggrin 6-3 in the 3rd. Very well done!
