The only way Jakupovic wouldn't make the main draw as next in would be if both Top 20 WCs were taken. I think, given no announcements, that is unlikely.
Do WTA events have SE spot(s) similar to the ITFs as a reward for good performance in the previous week? I saw a Tweet the other day saying 'Out - SE spot' - I thought it might have been in relation to one of the Top 20 spots being passed up, but if it's just like the ITFs, then that's completely different.
Ah right, looking at that tennisteen website, it looks like they do all get 1 SE spot, and Nottm and the Dutch grass event hasn't been taken, so in that case, yes Jakupovic is almost certainly going to get in as there surely won't be 2 Top 20s, and more inclined now to think the 3 WCs will be used.
I'm still surprised at the lack of WC announcements, even if they announced them in batches. I guess Naiktha's situation makes her a bit different to a typical case, rather than announcing say Katie Swan in advance if she was ready.

Internationals have 1 SE spot for someone still competing in a International, Premier or GS. No SE spots in a Premier.
Interesting selections, particularly Alicia. Hopefully that means Jodie is a Nottingham MDWC and not injured following the Lapko match. Possibly Jodie, Naiktha and Maia for Nottingham if Heather and Katie S are not ready.
Jodie and Maia have one MDWC left. I expect, certainly in Maia's case, that is being held back for Ilkley. Jodie, I think, may be given a Birmingham QWC as last year so, as you say, hopefully it indicates a WC to Nottingham this week. This will be Victoria's 6th and last ITF WC for this year.
I see Lisicki, along with Kaylah McPhee, are listed as 'LQW' for today on the Manchester entry list and Sabine has ended up in the Netherlands WTA qualifying draw. McNally was meant to be in that Q list, but must have been automatically withdrawn with still being in Surbiton.
No real surprise (certainly not Barty anyway), but Konta and Barty have withdrawn from Nottingham, along with Strycova (and Diatchenko), so that's a blow to the tournament, but it says Harriet and Heather are in, so that could be interesting, unless Heather just forgot to withdraw or something?
It really is interesting trying to work it all out and seeing who will play where. Perhaps Heather and Harriet were always Nottm MDO and Heather is now playing Nottm to try and make up for Jo not playing. But if that is right, then there should be a hell of a lot of Brits playing next week.
Only Katy can get a SE, but she has a MDWC, so let's forget that for a minute. Loeb would get in with no SEs. That would then bring the Q cut off down to Helsen. The 4 MDWCs would then take it down to Tara, but then Tara, SBG and possibly Heather are playing Nottm, so that would take it down to Freya, who is also at Nottm, so Ella T should get into Manc Qs directly. If Jodie and Maia are playing Nottm via MDWC, then Vic would just be one out and a real chance she'd get in to Manchester without needing her QWC.
Naiktha is pretty much confirmed for a Nottm MDWC then as expected.
the Nottingham qualies draw is up, Tara, Freya, Eden and Sara Beth are in it
Where did you find it? Not on WTA app or LTA website that I can see
I found it on the live scoring app that can be launched from the ATP website, it has all current and next week draws on it as they get listed. Just showing Nottingham for next week at the moment though
