Other events week 10

A couple of real youngsters picking up points is always great to see:

GIRLS

Algeria G4:

R1 (L32)

Nora is only 13, born Oct. 2005

She came through three rounds a qualis last week but lost in R1. This week they gave her a wildcard and she took good advantage of it

Singapore:

R1 (L48):

R2 (L32):

Although that win won't give her any singles points, Rachel (age 14, born July '04) and partner have also won two tight matches to make the QFs of the doubles which is first points in the bag

Not so good for the boys:

Algeria, G4:

R1:

Rachel Peters lost her doubles SF in Singapore. But nice to see young players getting their first points.
