Week 8 - ITF M25 - Glasgow, Great Britain (indoor hard)

Strange momentum swings in that match but well done to Jack D for getting over the line in that second set.

There was an interview with Antoine C-C last year in the French press, being asked what he thought of the 'other' young gun players. He said that Brandon Nakoshima had really impressed him, and a couple of others were good too but he didn't know about Draper as he'd never seen him play.
Well, guess he has now

Anyone know what's happened with Evan's match as the score board seems to have frozen?

Thanks Scottie.  That's another good win for him and 3 out of 3 for the boys so far.

Yep, good day so far, although the opponent has just broken Storrie to take him into a decider. Looking like Peniston is going to get the better of JFH.

Real shame for Ryan Storrie who lost out 4-6 in the third.

But steps in the right direction.....

Not looking great for Luke J either, who took the first set beautifully but is now 2-0 down in the third

L32:  Enrico dalla Valle (ITA) ITF 471 (ATP 433) defeated (Q) Ryan Storrie ITF 557 (ATP 645) by 6-7(10) 6-4 6-3
L32:  (2) Antoine Escoffier (FRA) ITF 307 (ATP 354) defeated (Q) Luke Johnson ITF 473 by 3-6 6-2 6-1

cry

Ryan P has certainly had a better start to the year than Jack F-H, reaffirmed by today's result between them.

Hopefully Ryan can continue the good work and Jack pick up.
