Only 2 Brits were direct entries for the strong Les Petits As tournament this year, but they have been joined by 4 qualifiers. Live streaming from selected courts is available at https://www.lespetitsas.com/en/match-center/live/ The only Brits playing tomorrow, Luca Pow and Fabio Nestola, are on outside courts, but there should be live scoring here

(Q) Ranah Akua Stoiber v (2) Sofia Costoulas (ROU)
There wasn't a great deal to get excited about, in my opinion, re Ranah's tennis (all a little deliberate and lacking in dynamism or arm speed) but she was playing a very good player and I believe she's been injured recently, and has done well to qualify and win a round, and obviously plays a nice game of tennis overall, as they nearly all do, so all the best to her.
Tough prospect next for Fabio, playing the top seed who won the Bolton title easily . Eva has an equally tough task against the girls' top seed, who has been a key part of Czech success at under 12 and under14 level recently. Luca is first on centre with Fabio 4th, while Eva is second on court 1

Should be an interesting day. Really good opportunities for all three players to test their abilities against some of the very best opposition in Europe in this age group.
Eva has done particularly well so far coming through qualifying and building on reaching a G5 final on the Wirral in November, quite an achievement at 13. It is obviously very early days in their tennis careers for these children, the vast majority of whom have a lot of growing to do, but not all. Evas domination of the No. 16 seed begins to give one a bit of an idea as to the general level here (ie an elite U14 tournament relative to the ITF Junior Circuit on the girls side.
I hope they all do well and get to enjoy their matches and come away with a very positive experience despite/particularly? given the level of competition they are at.
As you say, hope they all are enjoying the experience.
Eva went up 3-1 but then didn't win another game.
She has some decent schemes of play but has a lot to work on. However, playing the top seed is pretty daunting.
Of the girls, Jaquelyn Ogunwale impressed me the most as regards future potential.
Luca was part of a nice and very even match (from the half I saw) - he ended up losing the third set 4-6, which was a shame. But he was the slightly more aggressive player, had a good attitude, lefty, and showed some good tennis.
Fabio has just pulled off an amazing win, on paper.
However, having watched the whole match, I was gobsmacked to read that his opponent is the top seed. The Belgian boy is very young looking, both physically and in his face. Slight. Not a lot of penetration on his shots. Made a ton of errors today. And has some really nasty technical problems on his serve - breaks his wrist every time and then has to flap at the ball. I assume he doesn't normally make so many UEs but all the same....
However, Fabio Nestola did GB proud - a taller lad, lefty (another one), with a very nice serve (in a tall, lefty way), decent pace on his ball, especially the way he hits through the backhand. He decimated his opponent in the first set and even the second was not really close - Nestola deserved it 100%.
R3
Fabio Nestola (GBR) def. (1) Alexander Blockx (BEL) 6-1 6-4
Seems strange that Blockx should be so unimpressive - he had won his last 3 tournaments without dropping a set. You sometimes get under 14s who gain deceptively good results because of earlier physical development that their contemporaries, but clearly that doesn't fit the bill here. Anyway Fabio has the opportunity to pull off a rare double tomorrow, as he plays the other Bolton finalist - second on Centre.
Boys R3
(7) Georg Eduard Israelan (GER) d. (10) Luca Pow 3-6 6-3 6-4
Ghibaudo is the lad who beat Coquelin; he looked quite handy in the little bit I saw but will be interested to try and see a bit of it tomorrow, assuming it's on a show court, which it must be, surely, given the boy is French and there aren't that many matches left

It is second on centre (so much better for viewing than court 1) following Linda Fruhvirtova, whose match starts at 10am GMT
