3rd set: 5-5 - It's probably heading for a breaker. Greg missed a massive chance in game 6 when he had 2 break points with a fantastic stretch drop volley but Tipsarevic came up with the goods. Tipsarevic also had 2 break points at the start of the 3rd.
5-5: The Serb holds to 15, big serving interuppted only by a down-the-line backhand winner from Greg
Superb stuff from Greg to edge that 3rd set, I was worried it would end up in another tiebreak lottery again.
The key point was a brilliant volley at full stretch at 30-30 and then Tipsarevic couldn't keep his cool in the ensuing baseline rally at 30-40 and erred giving Greg the set.
Don't count the Serb out though, he'll fight until the very last point
Storms to 40-0 with big serving but Tipsarevic produces some good returning to take it back to deuce. greg double faults giving Tippy bp but then Greg produces a great volley to take it back to deuce and two big serves enable him to hold on
Rusedski misses a massive chance to break here, at 30-30 they had a really long baseline rally but Greg netted a relatively simple forehand but then was handed another chance by Tippy who misses such an easy volley. Unfortunately Tippy doesn't give him a chance on either of the next two points and levels the scoreline.
If Murray was playing this match, he'd be hitting lots of dropshots to bring Tippy in and expose his volleying
James Auckland has been making a lot of noise in supporting Greg, must be really great for him, getting to experience his first tie, hopefully he gets a chance to play a rubber. Have seen Colin aswell, hopefully getty images have a few pics of him I can use on his official website.
Haven't seen Drew, Kate or Judith yet - if anyone else is watching they'll be holding some flags of Colin and Andy which Drew and I did.
